The Coastal Concepts Agency is owned and operated by Clarence "Khalil" Neely, a retired Senior Enlisted Member of the U.S. Coast Guard. Clarence started his first business venture in 1996 after retiring, launching a Regional Magazine called, Black Tie Magazine. He extended is publishing expertise into Concert and Event Promotions after selling the Magazine. His first Major project was the Missy Elliott Music and Video Convention in 1998. He's most proud of Producing Chris Brown's first two SOLD OUT shows, February, 26th and 27th, 2006. Recently he was awarded The Presidential Life Time Achievement Award, signed by President Bident after producing and Hosting an Award winning Radio and Television show, Crusade for Christ, WPCE, 95.3 FM and Poolside Cooking, WGNT CW27. Recently he was added to the "Wall of Fame" at the Slover Library in Norfolk, Virginia by, The National Black Radio Announcers association, Norfolk, Chapter. He's also created a Watersports Company, Wet Life Adventures as well as a Security Consulting Company, Counter Strike Technologies. Clarence sits on on the following Boards in the State of Virginia, Virginia Beach, Minority Business Council (former), The Chamber of Commerce Military Advisory Council, The Governors African American Advisory Council.
