Clarence “Khalil” Neely is the Founder and President of The Coastal Concepts Agency LLC. aka Coastal Concepts. Clarence is an award winning TV host and Radio Journalist, Clarence is also retired from the Department of Homeland Security’s US Coast Guard. Clarence has been in Business since 1996. The Company’s name changed as the Mission and the Industry Changed. Coastal Concepts, and its founder has Produced and Promoted over 40 shows, which includes, Chris Brown, Trey Songz, The Clipse, Famlay, The Neptunes, as well as Missy Elliott, The list goes on. Coastal Concepts currently produces a Radio Program which is the oldest Radio Talk Show in the State of Virginia, “Crusade For Christ,” on WPCE 95.3 FM, which airs Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 6AM.

Poolside Cooking was founded by Jemmalyn Hewlett a Virginia Businesswomen. The Show started during the Pandemic on SKY4 and grew so fast Executives from SCRIPPS Media the owners of the local CBS Station made an offer they couldn’t refuse. The Marketing Strategies of Coastal Concepts, lead the TV Show to the number 2 Spot on local TV and is the 2nd most watch show on WGNT 27.

Clarence and his Wife Shari Neely are Award Winners. Shari Received many awards for her work with the City of Virginia Beach, Emergency Communications Center, 311 division. Below Shari is shown receiving an award for Completing the Virginia Beach Police Citizens Academy. Her work didn’t go unnoticed during the largest Music Festival in Virginia, Something In The Water, produced by Super Producer Pharrell Williams. He felt the need to show up to the Emergency Communications Center and show his appreciation to the Operators for their hard work and dedication during the event.

Boards and Organizations

Clarence “Khalil” Neely sits on several boards in Virginia, which includes, Virginia Governors Board of Advisors, The Virginia Beach Minority Business Council, The Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce Military Advisory Council, and The Hampton Roads Leadership Roundtable, Clarence “Khallil” Neely is also a member of the Rising Sun Masonic Lodge #2 in Norfolk, Virginia., in addition, Clarence Neely is a Corporate Trainer with the Honor Foundation, Virginia Beach Campus.

Shari received the Operator of the Quarter several times while working at the Virginia Beach Emergency Communications Center.
